SENSES Builder Portal - User Agreement

Welcome to the SENSES Builder Portal ("Portal") is provided to support registered builders and contractors working on the 332 Wellington Road pty ltd development. Please read the following User Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using the Portal. By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Eligibility and registration

   Access to the Portal is restricted to authorised users who have registered and been granted a passcode.

   You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Permitted Use

   The Portal is provided solely for the purpose of facilitating access to project-related documents, communications, specifications, and resources relevant to the SENSES project.

   You agree to use the Portal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the scope of your role or contract on the project.

3. Document Access and Confidentiality

   All documents, files, drawings, and communications available on the Portal are considered confidential and proprietary.

   You must not share, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Portal without prior written permission from the SENSES project team.

   You agree to use the information provided solely for project-related purposes.

4. System Access and Availability

   We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to the Portal, but we do not guarantee uptime or availability.

   Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may result in temporary downtime without prior notice.

5. Data Security and Privacy

   Your information is stored and managed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

   We take reasonable measures to secure user data, but you acknowledge that internet-based services carry inherent security risks.

6. Termination of Access

   Access may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of SENSES site administrator, particularly in cases of misuse, breach of this Agreement, or upon completion of your involvement with the project.

   You agree to cease use of the Portal and delete any downloaded materials upon termination of your access.

7. Limitation of Liability

   SENSES, its affiliates, and administrators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Portal or reliance on its content.

   All content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Modifications

   This Agreement may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
