Construction Underway at Senses

In case you didn't already know, Senses is coming to life!

With construction now well underway, Senses is taking shape with progress you can see and structures you'll soon be able to feel. What was once a vision on paper is steadily evolving into a thoughtfully designed neighbourhood adhering to every individual and their needs. From the planning phase to groundwork, each stage is bringing us closer to delivering a community made for modern living.

With buyers recognising the rarity of the offering and the care behind every detail, Senses has already captured significant attention. From refined streetscapes, to earthy materials and soft landscaping, each future home is helping create a warm and grounded character throughout the development.

Here are some of the milestones reached so far:

• Nearly sold out release
• 75% of Stage 1 already contracted
• Winslow Constructors on site bringing it all together
• Earthworks largely complete with allotments taking shape
• Infrastructure continuing across the site
• On track for completion late 2026

As construction continues, Senses is becoming more than just a project - it's turning into a carefully curated address that aims to slow down life and invite connection and everyday joy.

Stay tuned, take it all in!
