Adelaide’s top builders gather for SENSES Preview Event

SENSES hosted an exclusive builder event on Wednesday, October 15, at Rival Brothers Café in Mt Barker, bringing together 30 to 40 of Adelaide’s leading builders for an evening of networking, insights, and project updates ahead of the first public release.

Brought to life by Landcap Developments and Toro Property Projects, SENSES is set to create a modern, connected neighbourhood designed around lifestyle, wellbeing, and community.

Anthony Adolfatto of Toro Property Projects, said the atmosphere in the room reflected the strong industry excitement around the project. “You can feel the buzz. SENSES represents a new benchmark for Mt Barker, and we’re thrilled to see such genuine interest from Adelaide’s top builders.”

The Ray White sales team Ryan Keatley and Andrew Dickson, were also in attendance, showcasing the interactive touchscreen display that will allow buyers to explore the masterplan, view lot details in real time, and experience the SENSES vision firsthand.

Speaking about the project’s strong industry engagement, Anthony explained “We wanted our builder partners to share in the excitement of SENSES from the very beginning. By keeping them fully briefed on the masterplan, lot availability and design direction, everyone was ready to deliver something exceptional when the project launched publicly.”
