Progress continues as Senses takes shape

Construction at Senses has continued to progress throughout winter, with significant milestones being achieved across the development. The transformation is becoming increasingly visible, with future allotments now clearly defined, roads beginning to take shape and the foundations of the neighbourhood coming to life.

While periods of heavy rainfall across the Adelaide Hills have presented some challenges on site, our civil contractor has continued to make steady progress. Earthworks are now complete, with allotments benched and retaining works nearing completion, while sewer and stormwater infrastructure has been installed across much of the development.

Water services and electrical infrastructure are progressing throughout the site, with road pavement construction also underway and bringing the future street network to life. With several construction activities progressing simultaneously, Senses continues to build momentum as we move closer to delivering a vibrant new community in the heart of the Adelaide Hills.

Looking ahead

At this stage, titles are anticipated in late November 2026, subject to weather conditions. The Senses team will be in contact with existing purchasers to formalise this update and will continue to share further progress as construction moves forward.
