Summit Precinct

The Summit Precinct will be a leading hub for sport, recreation, entertainment and leisure in South Australia. Covering 50 hectares of land, numerous facilities will or have already started to be built, such as the Aquatic and Leisure Centre and a new 4-star hotel on Springs Road.
Mount Barker District Council expects this to stimulate the area in terms of employment, tourism and strengthen the local community.
Construction for the hotel is intended to start late 2025 or early 2026 and be fully operational by 2028.
